Hallmark Oil And Gas Ltd. (SESL) offers a complete line of quality downhole mud motors ranging from 4 ½”, 6 ¾”, 9 5/8” and 11 ¼” outer diameter for drilling various hole sizes. Our mud motors have a proven history of reliable performance and have been used extensively in both Offshore and Onshore applications. SESL mud motor uses different rotor and stator configurations to provide optimum performance for the desired drilling operation.
We have series of mud motors with different number of stages and lobe ratio configuration that delivers different rotational speed and torque for any kind of directional drilling application. Our mud motor is configured to have an adjustable bend on it enabling the driller to kick-off the well in the required direction.The amount of bend is determined by the build-up rate needed to reach the target zone. These adjustable bend housing motors provides continuous bit rotation, while selective rotation of the drillstring controls wellbore trajectory. SESL downhole drilling motors are very effective for kickoffs, course correction, angle control and sidetracking. Even Rubber Thickness (ERT) power sections dramatically improve motor rates of penetration by providing up to 100% more power than conventional power sections of the same length. The tremendous power and torque capacity of SESLERTs also allow them to more efficiently transfer power to the bit. This efficiency has produced ROPs in short ERT power sections up to twice those of extended length conventional power sections. The dramatic improvement in power and torque is a result of applying an even thickness of rubber to an internally machined, one-piece stator contour.
